15" x 14" x 5" mixed media sculpture mirror, UV Varnished.
This is a small piece that i made in 2018, which may be a series.  I made this to practice and experiment with the concept and techniques before doing some on larger scale.  The mirror is embedded at a slightly upward and tilted angle, so it doesnt reflect the viewer. This allows you to enjoy the magical teleportation properties of a mirror without any sense of vanity that some feel. The texture was inspired by a deep sea crab because why not?
