I am a sculptor of fine art and face pots for succulents, residing in SE Austin, Texas. Experimentation with unconventional materials is my driving force and ultimately guides me to unique outcomes in all of my artwork. I believe that the face pot series in particular stands out from my other sculpture in its ability to connect with, and involve the viewer in so many ways.
5'x1' 2012. This piece was intended to encapsulate the the beauty of this spectrum of color in a modern, versatile shape.
Resin coated on highly stable baltic birch plywood.
I have enjoyed this piece in my private collection for years, and having moved it around a ton, it has some minor marks which are reflected in the price.
