Inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold resin.  The philosophy is to treat the breakage and repair as part of the journey/history, rather than something to disguise.  I did drop this and break it, and it took a lot to repair it.  I really love how it turned out, there is so much more to it now.  It has a strong, serene presence.  I will be sad to part with it, but I keep sculpting, so I cant keep any of them forever.  19"w x 33"h x 11"d.
